How to use Custom Shapes in Photoshop
Watermarks and Branding
Custom shapes can be used in so many different ways. I use shapes to watermarks from logo sub-marks or use any symbol to protect image copyrights. This is great for photographers and artists so that you always have your watermarks at your fingertips.
Social Icons and Business cards
Aside from watermarks and branding symbols, you can also save a lot of time by making icons for social media, business cards, and other elements you use all the time. Custom shapes allow you easy access to scalable vector graphics in Photoshop!
If you are not always working with an internet connection then CC Libraries can be frustrating. Especially when you need to get something done now. If you keep your most important shapes inside of Photoshop you can access them easily.
Web Design and Social Media Managers
If you use Photoshop for web design or creating social media graphics saving shapes inside of photoshop that you use often like pointers, labels, etc. will save you a lot of time as well.
