First, I’ll show you how to make the actual neon brush for Procreate. I’ll go step by step through all the settings you need to make this beautiful neon brush.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON SOFTWARE AND TOOLS:
In this tutorial, I am using Procreate 5x with an iPad Pro and an Apple Pencil. You will need to have the Procreate app installed on your iPad to follow this tutorial.
To get the same effect I achieved in some videos you will need a drawing tablet. You can get some inexpensive tablets. These are the two that I personally own, both are very good drawing tablets.
